Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering-related opportunities with significant revenue potential
Actively identify upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue
Determine and implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies of the hotel
Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience
Higher Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of solid experience within similar position in a 4-5 star international hotel
Experience in serving MICE organizers, PCO and Travel Agencies
Proven experience and competence in finding and converting business
Articulate, good presentation skills
Well organized, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Account Sales Manager or Account Sales Executive
