Account Service Manager, Network Department

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, implementation and review of customer circuit maintenance plan
  • Responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting and analyzing customer’s network
  • Responsible for service review meeting with customer, collect feedback, provide recommendations for improvement, proactively communicate with customer and seek for business opportunity
  • Ensure executions of service strategy and service measurements are met, manage customer complaints and take lead to continuously improve customer and business partner satisfaction
  • Responsible for liaison and escalation with customer on post-sale service issue
  • Support other regions customer service issues and enhance customer service operation procedures
     

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferable in telecommunication or related areas
  • Knowledge in various telecom transmission or IP network will be an advantage
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, dedicated and self-motivated
  • Good team player, strong customer oriented service mind and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
