Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service to corporate premium accounts customers
  • Perform post-sales service delivery and management
  • Handle billing enquiry and adjustment
  • Incident management, escalation to relevant parties to solve the problem for the customers

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Experience in client servicing or account management
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services is an advantage
  • Good computer knowledge on MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
