Our client, a US banking group, they are hiring an Account Services Officer with below requirements: -


  • Assist Account Services rep to manage daily operations (Check and verify system transaction)
  • Assist Account opening for corporate, individual customer and to provide support for cheque book application, orders and its clearing check against core banking system
  • Verify inward paid cheques received from Clearing House
  • Maintain all registers related to customer deposit accounts
  •  Assist to review and update relevant policies and procedures
  • To ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • To complete other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Degree holder, with 5 years relevant experience in corporate banking
  • Knowledge in AML and some experience with KYC documentations.
  • Attention to details and strong numeric skills
  • Self-motivated ; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is preferred
