Our client, a US banking group, they are hiring an Account Services Officer with below requirements: -
Assist Account Services rep to manage daily operations (Check and verify system transaction)
Assist Account opening for corporate, individual customer and to provide support for cheque book application, orders and its clearing check against core banking system
Verify inward paid cheques received from Clearing House
Maintain all registers related to customer deposit accounts
Assist to review and update relevant policies and procedures
To ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
To complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
Degree holder, with 5 years relevant experience in corporate banking
Knowledge in AML and some experience with KYC documentations.
Attention to details and strong numeric skills
Self-motivated ; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
Good command of both spoken & written in English and Mandarin;
Immediate available is preferred
