Our client is a US based bank providing full service branch, offering a wide range of corporate banking financial services to its customers and developing new business from customers who have ties in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.


  • Handle routine financial services to customers, which includes cash withdraw/ deposit, cheque deposit, fixed deposit and all related counter services
  • Handle account opening, check and verify all documents and perform system input; Follow up pending documents with customers.
  • Follow up inactive account and handle close account documentation.
  • Answer customer inquiries over the counter and telephone in a professional manner, direct customers to relevant departments in the bank for follow up when necessary.
  • Handle transaction requests from US customers over the telephone and email.
  • Perform daily high writ court checking/ personal and corporate name checking.
  • Prepare day end balancing.
  • Provide cross team support in daily operations
  • Perform clerical tasks such as, filing and microfilm photography.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


  • Education: Form 5 or above.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant working experience as Teller or Customer Service in banking and finance industry.
  • Skills/Ability: Knowledge in AML regulations. Experience in KYC documentations. Detail minded and customer-oriented. Good organizational skills and high accuracy. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
