Account Servicing and Administration Manager

Our client, a well-established banking company to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.


  • To supervise the daily operations of the administration section
  • To oversee the regular customer reviews, account opening handling and related matters
  • To handle various financial and trading reporting as required
  • To ensure the operations are in compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • To suggest system enhancement and work with the IT teams to implement.
  • To handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Section Head.
  • Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Degree holder in business management, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in banking / securities / brokerage firm covering office administration and securities service support;
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Good understanding of SFO and related regulations
  • Holder of / eligible to apply for the SFC RA1 & RA2 license.
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command written & spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
