Account Servicing and Administration Officer

Our client, a well-established banking company to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.



  • Handle customers’ enquiries on securities account related matters
  • Conduct regular customer review and customer due diligence regarding to AML, FATCA and CRS guidance for the existing customers
  • Prepare various financial and trading statistics reports as required
  • Provide office administration support and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors
  • Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor



  • Degree or Higher Diploma in business management, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in banking / securities / brokerage firm covering office administration and securities service support;
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Sound knowledge in securities industry with understanding of relevant practice, rules and regulations in SEHK and SFC
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command written & spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
