The Accountant will assist the Regional Controller with oversight and control of the accounting function for Hong Kong and regional entities. He/She supports the preparation and reporting of results both internally and externally, and maintaining appropriate controls.

主要職責 | Job Responsibilities

  • Assists with the preparation of accurate, timely, relevant and reliable company and group financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Changes in Equity

  • Support in the control, coordination and completion of GST returns

  • Preparation of tax computation in conjunction with local advisors and Corporate tax department
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary where appropriate
  • Monthly reporting deadlines to local Executive Management and Head/Regional office
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting exercise in accordance with Corporate guidelines and timeframes
  • Prepare and circulate the necessary periodic and ad-hoc analysis requested
  • Ensure appropriate controls are adequate and maintained within finance, including controls over bank accounts, petty cash and payroll
  • Support set-up of new processes, regional entities, shared services, etc
  • Manage the GL/AR/AP and related schedules and functions including journal posting

職位要求 | Qualifications:

  • 最少5年會計工作經驗
    5+ years experience in an Accountant level role

  • 懂 Microsoft Office - Words, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
    Proficient in MS Office - Words, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • 具有零售,旅遊,會籍和直銷經驗
    Experience in retail, travel, membership, direct selling industry in Hong Kong is desired

  • 精通會計系統 及 Microsoft Dynamics AX 優先考慮
    Proficient in any accounting system but Microsoft Dynamics AX would be advantageous

  • Strong analytical thinking, positive attitude to work
  • Strong interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills
  • Meticulous and have a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments, preferably in MNC environment
