Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Group accounting function and day to day operations, supervise HK and work closely with PRC accounting team
- Review, prepare and analysis the Group’s financial reports
- Responsible for the Group internal control and cash flow management
- Take active part in full set of accounts and annual audit work
- Responsible for payroll and commission calculation
- Liaise with external auditors and bankers and assist in ad hoc assignment as required
- Report to Chief Financial Officer
Job Requirements
- University graduate in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years of Trading / Manufacturing experience and Jewellery industry is a plus
- Solid experience in cash flow management and knowledge with banking facilities preferred
- Experience in payroll and commission calculation, knowledge in ERP and Dynamic AX are definite advantages
- Experience in company secretary is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-minded, deadline-driven, strong problem solving skills and able to work independently
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in PC knowledge and MS Windows applications, especially in advanced Excel
- Occasional travel to China is required
