Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operation of accounting department (one position FOCUSING in AR and Cash Management)
  • Responsible for the transactions and analysis for Group companies in Asia Pacific
  • Assist in month end closing including account reconciliation, preparing breakdown etc, to ensure accurate management reports are prepared on time
  • Assist in preparing budget, forecast and financial analysis (Asia Pacific offices)
  • Ensure accounting policies and procedures are implemented properly
  • Assist to improve and streamline the existing finance platform and internal control where appropriate
  • Assist in accounting and operation system development / improvement / implementation
  • Closely work with group subsidiaries in APAC offices to handle issue identified
  • Liaise and communicate with auditors and bankers
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned etc

Requirement:

  • University degree in Accounting
  • 3-6 years of related experience including AR and Cash Management in MNC is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards with Asia Pacific offices exposures
  • Strong communications and organizing skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Flex Account is a PLUS
