Responsibilities:

  •          Monitor accounts payable functions
  •          Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
  •          Assist in cost analysis and inventory control
  •          Reconcile intercompany transactions with group companies
  •          Assist in month-end closing
  •          Assist in preparing financial reports and management accounts
  •          Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  •          Diploma holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  •          Minimum 5 years’ working experience, preferably in Beauty / Retail Industry
  •          Proficiency in MS Office applications
  •          Experience in Peachtree is an advantage
  •          Self-motivated, strong communication skills, responsible, positive and hardworking
  •          Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  •          Immediate availability is preferred
