  • Report to Director and supervise a small team of supporting staff in a small, friendly and easy-going office.
  • Responsible to handle full set of accounts for a group of companies, including management and financial reporting, G/L, payments and receipts etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor daily funding and cash flow position, supervise and sometimes hands on the processing of payment and receipt for daily and monthly routine e.g. purchase, payroll as well as relevant banking related matters
  • Involve in preparation of group consolidation, business performance analysis, cash flow, budget & forecast.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, tax and company registry requirements, MPF, employer’s return and benefits related issues and the relevant administration work for the relevant Government authorities
  • Other Ad hoc duties as might required


  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Accountancy or related discipline
  • 5 years’ solid experience in handling full sets of accounts for a group of companies, preferably in food and beverage industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software “Peachtree" and MS office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting writing skills, work independently, strong time management and good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately or short notice is preferable
