Job duties:

  • Be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts
  • Liaise and prepare monthly billing, financial reporting & analyses, and management reporting
  • Check requests to ensure completeness and compliance with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements
  • Review and record daily income report as well as perform sequential check for completeness and accuracy of client's income
  • Assist ad-hoc assignments


  • Degree holder in Accounting and possessed Accountancy qualifications
  • Member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences, exposure in the environments of property management or investment is preferred
  • Computer literate, proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software, such as Flex Systems
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

**Working Location : Near HKU MTR Station
