Responsibilities included but not limited to the followings:

  • To handle full set of accounting, intercompany balance and transaction, month-end closing, forecast and budgeting.
  • To supervise subordinates on daily accounting operations.
  • To prepare monthly management report and interim consolidation package of group companies.
  • To assist in statutory audit & tax computation for various Hong Kong companies.
  • Coordinate with external auditor to complete annual audit.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting.
  • Knowledge in L/C handling, invoice financing and experience from trading company is an advantage.
  • Mature, responsible, strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Strong team player, keen to learn and pick up new challenges, self-motivated, have an eye for detail and deadline oriented.
  • Well-organized with strong level of professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Table & vlookup), Chinese Word Processing and familiar with accounting systems.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
