Job duties:

  • Responsible for month-end closing and prepare consolidated management reports, schedules and analyses;
  • Coordinate with Finance departments of Property / Hotel Managers and other departments;
  • Prepare cash flow statements and monitor cash position;
  • Prepare financial budget and forecast / projection;
  • Handle auditors’ enquiries / deal with tax representative;
  • Handle ad-hoc jobs as and when required.


  • Degree in Accounting or equivalent;
  • Qualified accountant preferred (HKICPA, ACCA, etc);
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting preferably in property industry;
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in FlexAccount System will be an advantage and good computer skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English / Chinese.
