Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc.
• Assist in SFC reporting and compliance including liquid capital monitoring, FRR and other regulatory filings (mainly for Type 2)
• Perform general accounting duties and prepare monthly reporting packages
• Handle reconciliation of trade and bank movement
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

• Matriculated/Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate qualification
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in securities/futures brokerage industry
• Experience in securities, futures accounting and margin financing
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of MYOB is an advantage
