Assist Senior Manager/Manager in daily accounting and financial operations

Job Responsibilities

Accounting and financial operations:

  • Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
  • Perform accounting functions including voucher preparation, journal inputs, receipts and payments, etc.
  • Handle monthly closing of bank reconciliations, accounting schedule and transactions
  • Liaise and communicate with auditors and other departments for aspects of compliance
  • Assist in managing ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required



  • Higher diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent background in related fields

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting
  • HKFRS knowledge experience
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details
  • lndependent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to ad-hoc requests
  • Fundamental understanding of how own area integrates within the section / department
  • Competence in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Well versed in MS Office and experience in using SAP is an advantage
