Job Purpose
We are looking for an Accountant to join our Asia Regional Finance team, to perform the Accounting duties for Hong Kong & overseas subsidiaries, and working closely with different functions within the Asia region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Based in Hong Kong office
- Assist in maintaining the books for HK and overseas subsidiaries (including GL, Fixed Assets, AP, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules)
- Assist in preparing & filing regular tax returns
- Assist in annual financial audits
- Assist in month-end closing for HK and Asia region
- Assist in preparing Financial Statements & analysis
- Assist in system review / changeover / implementation
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
- Good communication skills, team player, open minded, proactive, detail-oriented and analytical thinking, ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Fast learner and willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
- Advance user of MS Excel. MS AX knowledge is definitely an advantage
- Immediate available preferred
