Accountant/Accounts Clerk

Job Duties:

  • Handling full set of accounts, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently
  • Responsible to prepare financial report, invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt
  • Prepare bank & account reconciliation
  • Arrange cheque payment and collection
  • Perform 3 – 4 outlets daily accounting operation
  • Review and update inventory status to enhance cost efficiency
  • Excellent in bookkeeping and filing
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or LCCI Higher with minimum 5 years’ experience
  • At least 3 years’ solid experience in hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS office, knowledge in Quick Book is preferable
  • Independent, honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Less experience will be considerate as Accounts Clerk

We offer 5 days work week and working location in Wong Chuk Hang (5 minutes walk to Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station).
