Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions
Assist in review of financial statements and provide value added analysis
Assist in management reporting, annual budgeting & rolling forecast
Handle full sets of accounts and support month-end closing
Handle statutory audit, tax filing matters and liaise with external auditors
Review expenses to ensure compliance with the firm policies
Supervise junior accounting staffs for daily routine
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements
Degree holder in Accounting/Finance discipline
Full member of HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage
3 - 5 years relevant working experience preferably in property investment industry
Good communication skill, independent and proactive
Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline with highly accuracy
High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of FlexSystem is a plus
Candidates with less experience also be considered as Assistant Accountant
