Accounting & Administration Manager / Senior Supervisor

- MYOB expert is a must
- Minimum 5 years of accounting & admin experience in trading, buying
office in which with China business accounting exposure will be an
- Hand-on experience in PRC tax handlings and deal with PRC tax bureau &
relevant authorities.
- Mature, stable, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Daily travel to Shenzhen office located at SZ Shangri-La Hotel G/f
(5 mins walk from Lo Wu border)
- Follow PRC's holidays
- JOB TYPE : Full Time
- WORKING DAYS PER WEEK : 5 days or 6 days (subject to workload)
- WORKING HOURS : 09:30 to 17:30

Job Duties:
- Perform all rounded accounting processes such as billings, payments
book-keeping, data entry, vouchers, filing, bank reconciliation and
payroll etc
- Supervise an accounting team and prepare timely month end closing &
- Prepare monthly statement, budgeting, forecasting, financial reports
- Alert management any financial aspects at risks and offer solution
- Provide quality office administration support
- Formulate, implement and review administration policy/procedures for
maximizing office efficiency
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
