Accounting & Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling full sets of account and consolidation accounts;
  2. To supervise the daily accounting operation including month-end closing, cash flow management & forecast, preparation of financial statement, budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, manage accounts payable & receivable etc.;
  3. Create procedures for budget preparation, help departments & subsidiaries develop budgets, and investigate actual costs incurred compared to the budget;
  4. Responsible for the annual production of the group’s statutory accounts and its subsidiaries;
  5. Take an active role in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal control procedures;
  6. Familiar with banking facilities, taxation, legal and government regulation and practice;
  7. Acts as lead in the group’s annual audit preparation for the financial and tax audits;
  8. Liaise with auditors, bankers and relevant authorities;
  9. Control and supervise the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment; manpower planning, payroll processing, compensation & benefits and staff development and training;
  10. Manage and develop the process of HR policies and procedures implementation, interpretation, development, and communication to meet the business objectives;
  1. Develop and strengthen HR analytical capabilities to leverage big data for better business decision making strategically;
  2. To perform other ad hoc projects and/ or assignment.

The Requirements:

 -          Professional Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Accountancy, finance or other disciplines;

 -          Over 3 – 5 years working experience in CPA firm and gained from overseas exposure is preferable;

 -          Strong communication skill of spoken and written included English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

 -          Proficiency in ERP system, MS Office, with intensive use of MS Excel & PowerPoint and accounting software;

 -          Strong financial sense with good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skill;

 -          Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure to meet tight deadlines;

 -          Experienced in foreign currency hedging would be an advantage.
