Accounting & Administration Officer

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for daily accounting matters, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow, inter-company reconciliation and general ledger
  • Handle full set of accounts and support on month end closing and budget variance analysis
  • Handle office administration support
  • Perform adhoc task as assigned


  • Higher Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related discipline or above
  • Minimum 3 year solid experience in relevant accounting and administration experience
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, independent with strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multi-task
  • A good team player
  • Familiar in MYOB Accounting  is advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Advance Excel skill is advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Putonghua
  • Immediate available preferable
