Accounting & Administrative Assistant / Officer

Key responsibilities

  • Handle general ledger entries and bank reconciliation
  • Manage AR / AP record and follow up with overdue receivables
  • Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry and filing
  • Support banking activities
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties assigned


  • Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or above
  • 3-5 years’ solid working experience in the accounting field
  • Proficiency in of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS office, especially Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Xero or other accounting software is an advantage
  • Have good interpersonal skills, being a quick learner, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
