Accounting and Admin Manager

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounting/Audit firm in Hong-Kong or 3 years at an accounting and admin support position
  • Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Good command of Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a small team with minimal
  • Able to multi-task & perform other ad-hoc duties
  • Fluent English and Cantonese is highly preferred
  • Compulsory: Permanent resident or working visa in Hong-Kong

Job Duties:
  • responsible for all accounting, fiscal, HR, and good management admin
  • He/She will work under responsibility of the Financial Director
  • gain responsibility over the full Admin and Financial team of the
  • willing to work in a young and growing company where we need to
rethink our processes every days all along the growth of our company
  • Finance and accounting
  • Data management in our accounting system (Xero)
  • Manage Bank reconciliation and other daily accounting operations
  • Monthly Management accounts and for all our companies
  • Monthly Consolidated Management accounts
  • Prepare monthly accounting reports, budgets and forecast on a regular
  • Optimise Process to ensure accurate and up to date financial data
  • Monitor cash flow, payables and receivables
  • Compliance
  • Insure that the company is always up to date on tax and employment
  • Manage relationship with Corp. sec., chartered accountants and
auditors in Hong-Kong and Singapore
  • Supervise filings and Tax returns
  • Manage Supplier, Staff payments and MPF payments
  • Manage client statements and payments
  • Provide business administrative support
  • Perform other as hoc projects and assignments as assigned (Legal, Tax Business)
