Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts performing daily accounting duties
  • Responsible for customer queries related to accounts: monthly statements, debt collection follow up on overdue receivables, control and approved payment of suppliers invoices.
  • Responsible for month and year end closing and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Preparation of audit schedules and direct contact for statutory audit queries.
  • HR administration: maintain up to date records of all staff.
  • Assist with administration including procurement, sales support and logistics.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks requested by management.
  • Report to Company Accountant

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting LCC2 or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Xero and Myob accounting software MS word and Excel.
  • Team player with sense of responsibility, willing to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Immediate availability is an advantage

We offer an attractive remuneration package, daily lunch and double pay at year end. Currently 5.5 day working week, but could change to 5 day working week for the right candidate.
