Accounting and Administration Clerk

Job Description:

  • Responsible for daily accounting operation, data input & filing
  • Prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) process and cash flow monitoring report.
  • Handling general clerical works
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Handling phone calls
  • Outdoor for bank-in and pay various office expenses
  • Other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting with 1-2 years accounting working experience
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, independent, hardworking and willing to work
  • Good command in written / spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Accounting software system (MYOB)
  • Immediate available is preferred
