Accounting and Administration Manager

A recreation company group located in Cheung Chau is looking for aggressive and energetic candidates who are eager to develop his or her career with our growing business.

Accounting and Administration Manager (Location: Cheung Chau)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to support the business operations;
  • Help senior management in formulating and implementing Company policies and regulations;
  • Support in legal compliance and internal controls

Accounting:

  • Overall bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare and review financial statements on monthly basis
  • Coordinate disbursement (payment) processes with off-site cashier
  • Support the consultant in liaison with banks and auditors

Human Resources and Office Administration

  • Handle staff recruitment and maintain personnel files and staff attendance
  • Manage monthly payroll, MPF calculation and individual tax returns
  • Monitor company insurances matters
  • Maintain Staff Handbook and support in communicating staff policy
  • Work with sub-contractors, manage the office IT networks; telephone system; and other office equipment

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' experience preferably in service industries
  • Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines
  • Integrity, analytical mind and deadline consciousness
  • Communication skill and proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Business acumen will be an advantage
