Accounting and Administration Officer

LI & RC DESIGN ASSOCIATES LIMITED

Responsibilities / Requirements:  

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self motivated.
  • To handle full set of accounts, including AR,AP and control of cash flow, monthly reports, annual audit and tax computation.
  • Invoice processing, cheque/remittance preparation, expenses claims, job costing, bank reconciliation and other payment functions.
  • Human resources & administration functions including recruitment, annual return, staff annual leave, compensation and benefits, payroll, MPF etc.
  • Manage office equipment and materials and secretarial support to daily operation.
  • Answering incoming calls / enquiry and office administrative duties.
  • Excellent time management and systematic in filing.
