- Liaise with CPA firm for accounting and audit work
- File the relevant accounting documents and keep the accounting files tidy and updated
- Prepare cheques & other general ledger functions
- Manage petty cash in a daily basis
- Perform other ad hoc tasks requested by supervisor
- Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or equivalent or above
- Minimum 1 years working experience in office accounting and administrative works
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel application; knowledge of MYOB accounting software is an advantage
- Can work independent
- Immediate available is highly preferred
