Accounting and administrative clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank payment, issue cheque and handle other banking activities
  • Handle expenses reimbursement and maintain petty cash
  • Maintain record of receipts, payment, invoice and other reports
  • Filing, data input and assist in performing secretarial and clerical duties
  • Assist Accountant to handle full set of accounts
  • Perform other general office administrative work
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Qualifications Required:

  • F.5 or above with LCCI or basic accounting knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese word processing and basic computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of Peachtree is preferred
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
