Job Highlights:

  •  With accounting & administrative experience
  •  Minimum of 2 years solid experience


  • Perform general bookkeeping and handle daily accounting functions such as accounting entries, AP & AR, prepare cheques, invoices, petty cash, etc
  • Perform documents checking, data entries, payments, filing, bank reconciliation and general clerical & office administrative support
  • Conduct weekly sales & order summary reports
  • Recruitment job posting, CV selection
  • Provide general HR support such as recruitment, payroll & MPF.
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments and office administration works whenever necessary
  • Report to directors


  • LCCI Higher or diploma in accountancy disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook Express) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proactive, willing to learn and detail-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure & independently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Immediate available is definitely an advantage.
