Accounting and Adminstration Officer

As Accounting & Administration Officer you will be responsible for managing the following duties;
  • Full set of accounts
  • Book-keeping and data entry
  • Prepare financial and management reports as required
  • Payroll & MPF administration
  • Daily Bank reconciliation and clearing
  • Processing ordering, invoices, receipts and payments
  • Company secretarial related duties
  • General office management and ad-hoc duties
  • Recruitment administration and contract preparation

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Accounting and General Administration
  • Full Set of accounts handling, from new company set up to monthly financial reporting
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in a fast-pace hands-on businesses
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and work without direct supervision
  • Good organization and task orientated
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10am - 7pm based in Central. Staff lunch meal provided by the company.
