  • 負責審核報銷單據、編制記帳憑證、資金收付及賬務處理工作
  • 負責各類台賬的建立和管理工作、銀行對賬工作
  • 負責公司日常費用的報銷工作
  • 負責編制和報送月度會計報表,協助完成財務分析工作,提供財務分析報告
  • 負責會計檔案的整理、裝訂和保管工作
  • Audit daily expense reimbursement,prepare accounting voucher,settle daily receipt and payment,responsible for accounting treatment and booking.
  • Establish and manage general ledger, responsible for daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Responsible for claiming part of daily expenses.
  • Prepare and report monthly accounting statements, assist in preparation of financial analysis reports.
  • Bind and archive accounting vouchers and related documents.

任職要求 (中英對照):

  • 財務會計類專業本科及以上學歷,有工作經驗者優先
  • 熟悉財務軟體的操作,熟練運用office辦公軟體
  • 具有較強的獨立學習和工作能力,工作責任心強、認真細心、積極主動
  • 具有較強的溝通、理解和分析能力
  • 能夠適應一定的工作強度,承受相應的工作壓力
  • Full-time bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting,Finance. Relevant working experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, proficient in MS office.
  • Capability of independent study and work,strong responsibility,conscientious and proactive professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication,comprehension and analytical skills.
  • Strong adaptability, able to work under pressure.
