Accounting Assistant (Expense Payment & Budgeting)

Working Experience:

  • Handling payment for business and administrative expenses
  • Preparing vouchers and accounting journals in financial systems
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in preparing variance analysis reports
  • Assist in periodic finanical closing process
  • Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in accounting discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Independently, Self-motivated, and Good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Working experience in insurance or finance business is definitely an advantage
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Candidates with more relevant working experience may be considered the post of Accounting Officer
