Accounting Assistant (Financial Budget and Expense Management Team)

Responsibilities

  • Handle payment for business and administrative expenses
  • Prepare vouchers and accounting journals in financial systems
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in periodic financial closing process
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • University graduate in Accounting or Finance
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Independently, self-motivated, and good team player
  • Initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Working experience in SAP is definitely an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
