Accounting Assistant (for client°¶ s account department)

This is an exciting role if your primary objective is provide the quality accounting work and dealing with different nature of business management accounts. If you are interest in joining a growing accounting department, here is what we are look for:-

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to accounting team;
  • Handle general accounting entries such as data input, issue invoices, prepare vouchers and documents filling;
  • Manage the cash receipts, expenses and other transactions to journals or ledgers and verifies accuracy;
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Update and manage the relevant account reports.


  • Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent discipline
  • 1 year working experience in Accounting industry is preferable, but fresh graduate is also considered
  • Proficient to manage Accounting Software MYOB and MS Excel is a preferrable
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and detail-oriented
  • Immediate available is highly appreciated
