Handle full set of books and produce month-end accounts for each of the properties
Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis for management and other internal stakeholders
Assist in new accounting system (Flexsystem) implementation
Liaise with incorporated owners, tenants and landlords from time to time on the property accounts
Make recommendations to improve accounting processes to ensure efficient operations and good credit control
LCC Intermediate, Diploma in Accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the property management field but it is not a must
Experience in systems implementation or Flexsystem are added advantages
Able to work independently, and as part of a team
Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
Proficient in written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
