Accounting Assistant (Temporary)

Job Accountabilities:

  • Handle daily routine accounting transactions and matters, including invoice entry and coding to InvoiceWorks
  • Prepare and send A/R invoices to customers
  • Review Crew Corporate Card Expense Report using various IT applications and ensure Crew Expense Report is properly prepared in compliance with company policies & regulations
  • Record daily cash receipts which includes, but is not limited to, wires, lockbox and local deposits
  • Prepare journal entries to general ledgers
  • Support month-end closing and management reports.
  • Maintain all documentation filing systematically.
  • Provide supports on ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time


  • Diploma or above in accounting or related discipline
  • Prefer 1 year relevant working experience (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel spreadsheet, and some IT applications
  • Mature, independent, responsible and organized
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • A good team player with ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English is essential
  • Available to work extended hours as needed
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

*Contract period: 8-months contract, May 2018 – Dec 2018
