Accounting assistant is responsible for issuing invoices upon request from CS and collecting full set documentation for annual statutory audit. He/She works closely with CS and ensures documents are in order and in compliance before issuing invoices. He/She maintains full set documents in hard copy for auditors’ checking. Ad hoc assignment maybe assigned as required.
2, General administration/IT
Accounting assistant is required to answer phone call. Additionally, he/she is required to assist in preparing courier dispatch and mailing. His/her other duties include submission of documents such as document for import/export declaration. He/she assists in office administration.
- Certificate / Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in accounting, preferably in trading industry
- Proficient in MS Office including MS Excel & Word
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, well organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Mandarin
