Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities included but not limited to the followings:

  • Perform general accounting duties including issue cheques, daily banking operations, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, prepare vouchers and accounting schedules, scanning and filings.
  • Provide support during annual audit assignments.
  • Outdoor work is required.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Accounting or LCCI Level 2.
  • 0-2 years of solid and relevant accounting experience.
  • Responsible, positive, meticulous, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
