Accounting Assistant
As an Accounting Assistant your main tasks and duties of the position would include:
- Handling daily routine accounting duties including AR/AP and Bank Reconciliation, invoice billing, cheques preparation, etc
- Assisting in the preparation of financial and sales report, internal monthly closing and balance sheet
- Assisting for data input in the accounting system SAP
- Supporting in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by superior
- Coordinating administrative works related to office and retail stores for both Hong Kong and Macau
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Higher Diploma in Accounting, or Business Administration;
- Linguistic skills: Chinese mother-tongue, fluent English (spoken and written);
- A dynamic, self-motivated, team-oriented approach;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Willing to learn and grow in the company
