Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Account Receivable daily operations including shop invoices check and issue office invoices
  • Assist in preparing daily and monthly report and other clerical work assigned by supervisor
  • Handle any ad hoc task as assigned 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with LCCI level II
  • At least 3 years' working experience in retail or FMCG is an advantage
  • Knowledge in using SAP system is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Chinese & English word processing
  • Detail-minded, hardworking and good communication skill
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
