Accounting Assistants

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payables/ receivables
• Data entry of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
• Conduct monthly stock take
• Support in preparation of month-end accounts and management reports
• Handle all air and sea freight inbound; closely monitor and update shipment schedule
• Co-ordinate with suppliers and forwarders on packing list, insurance, etc.
• Co-ordinate audit and tax filing
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

  Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting & LCCI intermediate
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounting, retail business a definite advantage
• Able to work independently with efficiency and meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Well organized, independent, self-motivated, hardworking and detail-minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
