Accounting Associate, Outsourcing Services

  • Handle full set of accounts independently for a variety of clients
  • Prepare periodic management reports and consolidation packages
  • Handle monthly payroll matters for clients
  • Coordinate with clients’ auditors in respect of annual audit matters



  • High Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in Accounting, preferably with background in client-servicing companies
  • Practical knowledge and experience in accounting software, e.g. QuickBooks
  • Proficient in MSOffice, esp. Word & Excel, Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Detailed-minded, well organised, responsible, independent and able to meet tight deadline
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong company secretarial matter would be an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
