Accounting clerk (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory control
  • Prepare quotation, invoice and tendering document to clients
  • HR and administrative support, including payroll and MPF processing
  • Handle incoming call enquires
  • Handle other ad hoc assignment as assigned
  • Outdoor work is required

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with LCC Intermediate Certificate
  • At least 2 years experience in administration duty or accounting related function
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, accuracy of works, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in MYOB in preferable
  • Immediate available is preferable
