Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting duties
  • Prepare customers' invoices and credit notes
  • Account receivable. Tracking AR aging report,
  • Data entry, bank in cheques
  • Maintain proper filing
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when necessary
  • Assist in month-end closing and back up system.

Requirements:

  • F5 graduate or above
  • Fresh graduate also welcome
  • 0-1 year related accounting experience
  • LCCI intermediate level or above
  • Proficient in using Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
