Accounting Clerk and Administrative Assistant (Part-time in Central)

Made of Paper’s mission is to make available in Hong Kong the many fun, wonderful, contemporary paper products that can be found in other countries around the world. Since inception, MOP Ltd has grown to supply over 90 retail outlets around the territory. Our product has expanded over time to include greetings cards, packaging, stationery, party ware, festive crackers and other gift items. To cope with the business growth, we invite candidate for the following post:

A)   Job Duties:

  • Perform general office administration & maintenance
  • Perform clerical work, data entry an administration support
  • Provide assistance to accounts department (e.g., book keeping)
  • Provide assistance to project department (e.g., data collection)
  • Handle documents, scanning, filling, storage records, arrange staff activities and out for work
  • Handle procurement of stationery and other office facilities
  • Preparing payment cheques for settling payables (all companies);
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor

B)    Requirements:

  • F.5 or above and LCCI level 1
  • 2-year clerical experience
  • Proficient skills in MS Word, Excel (Multiable system would be an advantage)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, Well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
