Job Description

  • Assist in general routine accounting functions (including but not limited to prepare voucher, general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, issue cheques)
  • To check and reimburse staff expenses
  • Provide clerical support to Manager such as data entry and filing
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments


  • DSE or above with accounting knowledge
  • Possess some working experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Work independently, responsible, hard-working, accurate
  • Proficiency in PC applications, Word, Excel and email
  • Good command of communication in English and Mandarin
  • Immediate availability is preferred
