Responsibilities:

  • Generate payroll reports and other expense disbursements and customise them whenever necessary, such as MPF and Employers’ Returns.
  • Receive and process all invoices, prepare cheques or online payments, handle daily disbursements promptly.
  • Retrieve and provide documents, files and information for auditors and tax agents on behalf of clients.
  • Digitize documentation to facilitate processing.
  • Ensure prompt billings of work done.
  •  

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above of Commerce / Accounting.
  • Experience working in document processing or supporting roles, in an office environment, preferred.
  • Good spreadsheet skills (Excel).
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible and adaptable in working styles.
  • Organised and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work both in team and independent environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates with minimal experience in Accounting will also be considered.
